Introducing soccer player Fernando TorresHi, everyone! Long time no see! Today's topic is soccer. Do you like soccer? What's your favorite soccer team? Is it Real Madrid, Arsenal or maybe Juventus? There are several leagues in each country. Barclays, BBVA, Serie, and Ligue are the most famous.
I like several teams in Serie including AC Milan and AS Roma. I still remember AC Milan's legendary players. Nesta, Maldini, Pirlo, Pato, Robinho, and Kaka were just perfect! However these days, there are not as good. I like AS Roma because of one Man, Totti. He is called the 'prince of Rome'. His fame in Italy is second only to the Pope! And next is Liga BBVA.
In the BBVA, I'm fan of Atletico Madrid. Their team play is just great. I love Diego Porlan and Fernando Torres was in Atletico too!
The last team I like is today's highlight, Liverpool! I memorized Liverpool's all star squad. Torres, Kuyt, Gerrard, Alonso, Mescherano, Sissoko, Johnson, Riise, Carragher, Skertel, and Raina. They were legends but now the only ones left are Gerrard and Skertel. We have to trust them!! However, after this season, Steven Gerrard is going to LA Galaxy. Why!! How will Liverpool recover from such a loss?
Anyway, I'll start introducing my favorite soccer player, Fernando Torres. I always pay attention to Torres, and he's been with me for most of my life as a soccer fan. I first became a fan of Torres when he was in Chelsea. I was watching the Man-city & Chelsea derby, and Torres scored one goal but missed one too. I was immediately interested in him, and started searching for more information about him. I learned that he was very popular when he was in Atletico Madrid and Liverpool. He was called El nino and made marvelous plays with Steven Gerrard in Liverpool. He was just a star. He was the best at penetrating of the enemy defense. He had many slumps after moving to Chelsea and also AC millan, however, now he's trying to revive for coming back to ATM again in 8 years. 4 million fans came to see Torres and I think Torres would gained much energy. He came out 2 games, but he's not very good now. I trust he will be a top player again, and will be remembered as a player who came out a Ballon d'Or along with Ronaldo, Messi, Kaka, and more. I love Torres and I will love him forever. Please cheer up, Torres! And bye for now everyone!
